Tofu Salad Bowl

Comes together in under 15 minutes using some easy hacks!


Per 1-2 servings:

  • Pre-marinated 8 oz tofu block (I used a Moroccan tofu block, image below)
  • Dressing of choice - I used a herby chimichurri
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon Dash’s Table Seasoning Blend link
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • handful of croutons

  • Cook the tofu according to directions on the package and then set aside.

  • In a bowl, add lettuce and mix with your salad dressing of choice and seasonings.


  • Add tofu on top.


  • Add croutons and give the salad a good shake.


  • Enjoy!
